Royal Brithish Legion Anniversary 2007

Woking
Sea Cadets Colour was paraded today at the Anniversary Service of
the Royal British Legion in Woking, The Service -
held at St Mary of Bethany Church - was attended by the Mayor of Woking,
Cllr J Kingsbury and the Mayoress, Mrs Linda Kemeny.
The Colour was carried by Able Cadet Ben Fraser and was joined by 19 District and National Standards of the Royal British Legion and Royal Naval Association. During the reception that followed, Lt Bray, the Commanding Officer of the Woking Unit, announced to the gathered guests that the Woking Branch of the RNA had, at their last meeting, agreed a yearly Bursary for a Cadet to attend TS Royalist. This year's first recipient of the bursary was to be Able Cadet Fraser.
