Woking & District Unit is often on the look out for male and female staff (aged over 18) to help run the unit. No previous maritime experience or specialist skills are required: we provide thorough training. TS Dianthus has a friendly atmosphere and all new members are welcomed. Training the cadets and being a member of the Sea Cadet Corps is very rewarding and great fun. Since we aim to provide the highest quality instruction and activities for our cadets, we need a high level of commitment from our staff.

“The Team
Works”

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to fill two posts as part of the teaching / training team at Woking Sea Cadets.

The Sea Cadet Corps is a voluntary organisation and so you do not get paid for routine Cadet nights and the majority of events. However, he Royal Navy will pay for any training courses or certain camps that you may attend; also your travel costs may be reimbursed. This applies to all members of staff other than civilian instructors.

We would particularly welcome anyone with a BCU or RYA Dinghy Inst Ticket §.
